Antonio studied his Masters in Civil Engineering and the Specialities of Structures and Water at the Polytechnic University of Burgos, Spain in 2007. He moved to the UK in 2008 to work with Ferrovial Agroman at Heathrow in airfield projects, moving shortly to the baggage tunnel project between Terminals 5, 3 and 1 as well as the interface buildings in Terminal 3. In 2012, as Construction Manager, he delivered the largest airfield project at Heathrow in over a decade: T2B Apron. He became Construction Advisor in Heathrow’s Q6 programme in 2014, the nature of which varied from refurbishment/replacement works, to civil works in roads, car parks, airfield works (taxiways and stands), and new builds and demolition of existing facilities. Currently Antonio is the Project Leader in Terminal 2’s Kilo Apron Development project. Throughout this time, he has achieved the MEng CEng MICE, Associate Project Manager RPP and is awaiting confirmation of his Associate Project Manager Chartership. Antonio lives in South West London with his wife and two children.
